York is responsible for completing landscaping and fencing tenders for clients, which involves communication with suppliers and completing takeoffs on Groundplan. He ensures clients receive the most competitive proposals. York feels proud of Archway’s tender documentation, which clients often praise. He enjoys growing and developing with the team.

Clyde’s many duties include the procurement of materials for larger projects, sorting job sheets, overseeing the operational side of projects and finding new ways to improve efficiencies. He liaises with site teams and site managers on larger projects, negotiates with suppliers and is often out and about visiting sites. Personable and dedicated, Clyde is proud of his responsibilities and pays close attention to every project. He enjoys kayaking and mountain biking.

Wade ensures client expectations are always delivered in a timely manner and on budget, whilst adhering to specification. In his role, Wade focuses on long term customer relationships, from the initial stages, right the way through to completion, and is passionate about developing an environment that adds value for years to come. He is a huge fan of F1 and a keen gym goer in his spare time.

Jordan specialises in building corporate relationships, finalising quotes and seeing projects through the pre-contract stages. He enjoys seeing plans become reality and offering clients the best solutions, delivering on impact, quality, budget and timeframe. Jordan is proud of Archway’s proactive, interactive team and the company’s ethos of pursuing improvements, so that they always offer the best quality landscaping product. In his spare time, Jordan enjoys golf, football and cooking.

Gemma’s role as a Junior Estimator involves completing landscape and fencing tenders, sourcing competitive supplier quotes and completing takeoffs using Groundplan. She thrives on new challenges and enjoys working on a variety of different projects. Gemma also has a flair for art and enjoys painting and drawing.

Rob’s business management experience guides every department: identifying strategic customers and projects with Sales, advising the estimating team on pitching commercial bids, and maintaining the company’s financial viability alongside Accounts. Rob meets with key customers and suppliers to develop strategic partnerships, and ensures the company consistently meets shareholders’ expectations. He is proud of the Archway team and enjoys the challenges of managing a fast-growing brand.
