Landscape Team Leader

Archway Green are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Team Leader to join our rapidly growing team of landscape professionals with a mission to do things differently to how they are currently done in the world of landscaping.
We are a unique established and experienced company in Cobham and work on key projects both in the residential and commercial sectors in London & Surrey. Our Construction Division has experience in constructing various landscapes from roof terraces to large
country estates.
As a Landscape Operative Team leader, you will be expected to ensure that the team are focused and are maintaining the highest of quality on the various jobs. hands on and knowledgeable in all areas of landscaping and experienced in leading a small team. As a team leader, you will be hands-on and knowledgeable in all areas of landscaping and experienced in leading a small team.

Responsibilities will include

• Supervising and leading a small team of operatives
• Liaising with Head Office, customers and suppliers and being the onsite contact
• Loading and unloading of trees and plants
• Planting of trees and shrubs in gardens
• Turfing lawns.
• Bark mulching

Desirable

Proven experience of working within a landscaping environment.

Experience of leading and supervising a team

Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing at all levels.

ROLO or CSCS certification preferred.
